Our buyer cashback program means that when you purchase a home using Trimark Realty as your exclusive buyer-agent, we return a portion of our earned commission back to you at closing. It’s our way of giving you extra value and helping show our commitment.

You’ll receive your cashback at the close of escrow. When your transaction begins, we’ll discuss the best way for you to receive it – typically as a credit toward your closing costs or another approved method that works best for your situation.
Typically, no. The seller usually pays both agents’ commissions, and your cashback is based on what we receive from that.
If a seller doesn’t offer a buyer’s agent commission, we’ll go over your options before making an offer and agree on a fair, affordable rate if needed.
There’s no strict minimum, but cashback is only available on transactions where a commission is paid.
There’s no limit; your cashback amount is based on the commission offered for your transaction. Use our calculator to estimate your savings based on different price ranges and commission rates.
Your cashback can usually be applied toward your closing costs or, in some cases, toward your down payment – depending on your lender’s approval. We’ll review your options with your lender early in the process to ensure your cashback is applied in the way that benefits you most.

Using the rebate correctly should not affect your mortgage terms or appraisal. However, full disclosure to the lender is important. We’ll ensure all documentation is clear and compliant.

Since the rebate is contingent on closing, if the purchase does not close or the buyer fails to meet the agreement, the rebate typically does not apply. We’ll outline the specifics in our buyer representation agreement.
