While the information is deemed reliable, it is not guaranteed. Property information, availability, pricing, and other details may change at any time and may not be updated in real time. You are responsible for verifying all information directly with the listing agent, seller, or other appropriate party.

Any use of IDX/MLS data from the Site other than for your personal, non-commercial use is strictly prohibited. You agree not to copy, redistribute, or use IDX/MLS data for any unauthorized purpose.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TRIMARK REALTY OR ITS OWNERS, AGENTS, BROKERS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY IS FOUND DESPITE THE FOREGOING, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SITE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
